Keyshia Cole has just finished recording her sophomore album "Just Like You".It's the follow up to debut album "The Way It Is", which has sold over 1.5 million copies in the US alone. Lead single from the "Just Like You" project is "Let It Go" which features hip-hop legends Missy Elliot and Lil' Kim. The video has been shot and "Let It Go" is climbing the charts as we speak. I'm hoping this is the song which will finally launch Keyshia into the UK Charts after making a name for herself for the last year or two.
The album is set to be an album which relives the 90's magic of R&B heavyweights such as Notorious B.I.G and the aforementioned Lil' Kim. "Let It Go" is a slow jam which was initially intended to be a track on Fantasia's second album. However, Missy Elliot played the track to Keyshia and the rest is history.
