The Spice Girls' new single "Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)" leaked onto the internet last night, hours before recieving its official first-play on Radio 1 this morning. The track itself is a sweet ballad about friendship, and it truly is "classic Spice Girls". Watch out for the video, which will premiere on November 2nd on UK Channel BBC1.
Latin Superstar Ricky Martin recieved a "star" on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame, in...er, Hollwood. He was rewarded the star because of selling over 55 million records worldwide and being distinguished in his field of music. He looks very estatic in this picture, which was taken on Tuesday. Britney Spears' 5th album "Blackout" has been bought forward and will be released now on October 29th! The album has been planned to be released on November 13th but will now be bought forward 2 weeks earlier. The label claims this is do with the amount of tracks that have leaked and they don't want any more to leak before the album! That's a bit soon I think to be releasing this, "Gimme More" is just starting to be big and it hasn't even been released digitally in the UK yet! Regardless, this album is going to be huge for Britters and I wish her all the best with the "Blackout" project =)
Girls Aloud are releasing their fourth studio album in November and the lead single from the album is called "Call The Shots". The album is called "Tangled Up" and will also feature their single back in August "Sexy! No, No, No..." which reacehd #5. As for this song, it's a great 80's piece of pop and should do well in the charts. Excpect to see the video soon!
UK R&B/Soul Sensation Craig David returns this year with a new album - called "Trust Me". This will be Craig's fourth album and the multi-million record selling Craig says this album is "very deep". But it seems the world is on Britney's side and only want her to do well. Apparently, according to credible sources, Britney is actually getting her life back in order after the shock of having to give up Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. She has checked into another rehab, and her new single "Gimme More" is becoming a huge hit.

Bad news for Eve fans. Her long awaited 4th album "Here I Am" has been pushed back to 2008 now. The album, which has been pushed back several times, doesn't have a fixed album date and won't be coming out this year as planned. This is a big shame for Eve and all her fans. Second single "Give It To You" went nowhere on the charts so I think this is the reason for pushing the album back. The albums should have been released in August like first planned, on the back on successful first single "Tambourine".
Despite Kelly Rowland's latest album "Ms. Kelly" only being released in June, her record label and management team are already prepping a re-release of the album. This is due to poor sales of the album. So far, the album has sold about 300,000 copies worldwide, which isn't that bad!
Carrie Underwood has revealed the tracklisting for new album "Carnival Ride", released next month in the USA. The Album is released on October 23rd.

I have decided to review Keyshia Cole's new album "Just Like You". It's being released this month and is the follow up to 2005's "The Way It Is". The first single is "Let It Go", a US R&B #1, which features Missy Elliot and Lil' Kim.
Ashanti has been quiet on the music front over the past few years after starring in a couple of successful films such as "John Tucker Must Die" and the forthcoming "Resident Evil" movie. UK Pop group Sugababes are prepping the release of their 5th studio album "Change", due out next month, and the above picture is the supposed cover. I like the cover and it kind of reminds of the "Three" era. The single "About You Now" precedes the albums release and looks set to be a huge hit.

Rhianna’s number one smash hit song, ‘Umbrella,’ was originally written for Britney Spears, according to reports.
The revelation has emerged after the song’s creator, American music producer Tricky Stewart, told another one of his artists that Britney Spears never got back to him about the track, reports WENN.
Singer and songwriter Taio Cruz revealed: "I was working with Tricky in his studio the day he finished Umbrella. As soon as I heard it I said, 'That is a smash, I have to have it,' but he told me it was on hold for Britney.”
